FitSwap may terminate or suspend your license to use the Platform at any time if you breach any of the terms outlined in this Licensing agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform and remove any content or software obtained from it.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold FitSwap harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or any breach of these Licensing terms. This includes any claims resulting from your violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitSwap’s liability for any direct or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount paid by you to FitSwap for use of the Platform, if any. FitSwap is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of the Platform.

This Licensing agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or claims arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

FitSwap reserves the right to modify or update these Licensing terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the “last modified” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
